Shipping Policy

1. What is the expected delivery date?

We endeavor to deliver all Domestic products ordered within 1 to 3 days after the order has been placed and accepted by us. International delivery will be shipped within 10 to 15 days after being placed and accepted by us.

You will be informed of the expected delivery time when placing your order online. Delivery fees vary depending on the goods.

On low-value purchases, we incur significantly higher shipping costs. In such cases, a small delivery fee helps offset logistics expenses. Please review your order summary for exact delivery charges.

2. What is the cost of delivery?

The cargo will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving 60% of the total consignment value, and the remaining 40% will be due at the time of shipment.

3. When will the delivery occur?

Our courier partners generally deliver between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you are unavailable during these hours, please ensure someone at the delivery address can receive the parcel on your behalf.

4. What if I am not present when delivery is attempted?

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, two additional delivery attempts will be made on subsequent days.

5. How will I be notified of the status of my order?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email or SMS notification. You will also be notified once the seller ships the item, along with the tracking number(s).

You can track your orders through the “Track Order” section on our website. A final notification will be sent when your order is out for delivery.

6. What will the package look like during a door-to-door delivery?

We maintain the highest packaging standards. All items are shipped in high-quality, standardized packaging to ensure your FMCG products remain safe during transit.

7. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I can’t find it?

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check whether someone else accepted the delivery.
  • Wait until the end of the day — sometimes packages are updated as delivered but arrive later.

If still not found, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of the package being marked delivered.

We accept multiple payment methods. Our payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology for safe online transactions.

2. Which payment methods can I use?

You can make your purchase using Internet Banking. We also accept Visa, MasterCard credit/debit cards.

We require 60% advance payment and at least 30 days to dispatch the consignment, with the remaining 40% due at the time of shipment.
